About the Role
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, kneel and bend for prolonged periods of time.
The employee must exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
Must carry out duties using proper equipment.
The employee frequently is exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
Responsible for checking levels of product in the buffet and reporting replacement needs to kitchen management.
Employee must be knowledgeable in food safety and proper food handling.
Must be able to obtain and retain a food handlers training card.
